Thread/wire nails with stamping! Nicole Diary stamping plate 003

Hello!
Today I have another beautiful plate to show you!
The company Nicole Diary recently sent me some products to review. They have a wide range of products and they offer free shipping worldwide. The company is based in Asia and the shipping time are around 3-5 weeks, you can pay with paypal.
This amazing plate is from the Tattoo Collection, I suggest you to have a look at the entire collection because the designs are very beautiful and unique.
The plate I picked for this nail art is number 003 and you can find it here:
http://www.nicolediary.com/nicole-diary-rectangle-stamping-plate-tattoo-series-unicorn-rabbit-bird-nail-image-plate-p-331.html

This plate came in a protective bag with a paper sleeve and the blue protective film. The company is putting a lot of effort in the presentation of the products and I appreciate it a lot.

I think this plate is very well edged. Each design transfers easily and was extremely sharp as you can see from the pictures.

The designs are very unique, they all look like a little pieces of art, there are animals and human figures, each design is very minimal, each image is made with a graphic thin line that makes it looks like a sketch or ink pen drawings. Some designs reminds me also of the wire nail trend.
The technique involves taking pieces of wire and bending them into freeform shapes.

The lines are so thin and delicate and I had not trouble at all picking them with the stamper.

In this nail art I used a white base and then I stamped with a pigmented blue over it. I wanted to give the idea of some pen ink on the nails or of a blue sewing thred

Four season nailart! Nicole diary tattoo plate 002

Hello,
the Autumn nail art inspired me for a four season nailart.  I love the changing of seasons, it's so beautiful seeing nature change, I thought it would be nice to have a nail art with a design for each season.

The idea came from this stamping plate from Nicole Diary

There is a wide range of water decals and designs, I am sure you will find the right one for you.

The plate comes in a cardboard packaging, it is very nice and minimal. The plates are glued into a beautiful white plastic cover. The whole presentation looks beautiful!

This plate is part of the tattoo collection. In the previous post I have already explained how I find the collection incredible for identity and aesthetic.

I think this plate is a tribute to the the powerful feminine beauty of mother nature, each design is so dreamy and powerful that will look amazing even in a simple black white, even better in full colours.
The quality is very high, all lines are well engraved and so far I haven’t come across a single design which hasn’t transferred perfectly on to the stamper and then on to my nail.

It has various design with a female figure or face mixed with some nature elements. It thought this was the perfect plate to show or give the ideas of different types of weather and changes that occur in their environments at different times of the year.

I took inspiration from Sara Coleridge's poem:

January brings the snow,
makes our feet and fingers glow.

February brings the rain,
Thaws the frozen lake again.

(For Winter I choose this image of girl immersed in water with her head in a cloud, as base I used a light blue mixed with white with a fan brush)

March brings breezes loud and shrill,
stirs the dancing daffodil.

April brings the primrose sweet,
Scatters daises at our feet.

For Spring I picked the image of the face of a girl with a flowers crown. The base is mix of bright pink and peach).

May brings flocks of pretty lambs,
Skipping by their fleecy damns.

June brings tulips, lilies, roses,
Fills the children's hand with posies.

Hot july brings cooling showers,
Apricots and gillyflowers.

For summer I stamped an image with a girl in a black bathing suit surrounded by palms and tropical flowers. As base I used a mix of green and blue.

August brings the sheaves of corn,
Then the harvest home is borne.

Warm september brings the fruit,
Sportsmen then begin to shoot.

Fresh October brings the pheasents,
Then to gather nuts is pleasent.

For Autums I picked the picture with the face of a girl and some bare branches; for the base colour I painted a gradient burn orange.

Dull November brings the blast,
Then the leaves are whirling fast.

Chill December brings the sleet,
Blazing fire, and Christmas treat.

Now there is one finger left, the pinky, and all seasons have been used! I mixed all the colours used in the previous fingers, the image represent two hands holding, I think it is a good image to represent the mid-season time! LOL

First Autumn nail art with Nicole Diary water decals

Hello!
Happy first day of Autmn!
I really like this season, as this season offers colors more striking to the eye like all the warm tomes of red, brown and yellow. The sky turns a brighter and deeper shade of blue, Warm during the day, cool enough to sleep well during the night.  I love to watch the color changes of the whole world: green in summer becomes amber, gold, and red in autumn.

That's why I picked this beautiful leaves water decals set from Nicole Diary.ù

There is a wide range of water decals and designs, I am sure you will find the right one for you.

The size of the sheet is approx. 6.5cm x 8cm.
One sheet always comes with 10 designs on it. There are four different sizes, so you can choose the one that fits your nail best or use different ones on different sized nails.
The decals come with some instruction on the backs, which is great when you are using them for the first time.

This design features delicate braches and small leaves in burnt red, brown orange and turquoise.
I really love this pattern and it perfect in real life, the dark lines and the colours are not grainy or blurry at all,

These decals look best when applied on light beige/white colored polish,

How to apply

Start with clean nails and neatly pushed back cuticles and a base polish of your choice.
Paint one or coats of  a  sheer white or light colored nail polish (the decals themselves are slightly sheer so the background will show through them a bit, that's why a white background works best.)
Cut the decal you want to use to fit your nail
Dip it into some room temperature water for about 10 seconds (it helps if you use tweezers to hold it)
Take out the decal and gently slide the film on top (which will have the design on it) off the paper
Position the decal onto your nail, once you're happy with the placement you can softly pat dry with a tissue, or leave them to air dry
Once completely dry, file off any bits of decal that are hanging off the nail
Finish with top coat.

You can use these decals with normal polishes or gel polishes.

On index finger and pinky I created a gradient shade with a striping brush, I tried to match some leaves colours such as deep red and burnt orange.

Last good day of the year! Last summer buttlerfly nail art! Nicole diary stamping plate

Hello,
today last day of summer I would like to share a colourful and summery nail art!

I used an amazing plate form Nicole Diary. It is part of the Tattoo Collection. The entire collection is amazing, the designers did an amazing job choosing and putting together each plate

The number 1 has a series of skulls and skeletons mixed with flowers and spiders, (I really regret not ordering this one too because it would have been perfect for  Halloween), number 2 and 3 are the ones that I got and I will show you in this post and in the following ones, number 4 features a series of flowers leaves and  tribal, number 5 features some beautiful geometric and abstract designs, it has a great boho vibe.

Now it is time to show you my favourite one:
Plate number 02 and you can find it at this link:

As you can see from the pictures this plate is very one of a kind, most designs show the figure of girls mixed with nature elements or animals.

Most images are a fusion between a girl face and a butterfly. I think this theme was perfect for the last day of summer.   To Native Americans, the butterfly is a symbol of change, joy and color. The exquisite butterfly was considered a miracle of transformation and resurrection. Butterflies have such a magical presence They're so graceful and beautiful, it always lights me up seeing them.

As base I added some random light colours, I wanted to create a rainbow effect, then I coated with a bubble effect top coat. It gives a pearlescent effect. Then I stamped with a pigmented blue from Kiko.

Flower nail art with Beauty big Bang stamping plate XL-011

Hello!
Today I have this beautful stamping plate show you. It is from Beauty Big Bang
This company has a great variety of nail plate collections at a very affordable price.
This plate came in a protective bag with a paper sleeve and the blue protective film. The company is putting a lot of effort in the presentation of the products and I appreciate it a lot.

The plate number is XL_011 and you can find it a at this link:

https://www.beautybigbang.com/products/flower-butterfly-design-rectangle-nail-stamping-plate-summer-series-for-manicure-bbbxl-011

It is also part of a bundle of 6 pcs of stamping plate for only 14.70 euros.

I think this plate is very well edged. Each design transfers easily and was extremely sharp as you can see from the pictures.
This nail stamping plate features different flower and nature related designs it has a butterflies and various floral pattern, leaves and tree shape and some abstract pattern too. That allows the user to create multi-layered and multi-colored nail art designs with ease.
On the side it has singular flower designs and some cute and smaller bees, I will use them in another nail art for sure. I think it is a clever idea to add smaller elements on the plate so you can use it on smaller nails or on your toenails.

For the base colour I decided to use another product from Beauty Big Bang: a mermaid shell nail polish, It is a beautiful pearlescent shade between pink, peach and delicate gold.
You can find the mermaid collection at this link:
https://www.beautybigbang.com/products/9ml-misty-rose-shiny-mermaid-shell-nail-polish-for-manicure-nail-art-004

For stamping I used a very pigmented burgundy nail polish from Kiko and a clear jelly stamper from Beauty Big Bang:

I think that the combo of stamper and stamping plate worked perfectly. With this stamper it is better to use a roller motion to pick up the design perfecly.

I decided to use the reverse stamping techinique and paint the flowers in white. It was so easy with the clear stamper head!

Here on the ring finger I used the mermaid polish to fill the flower design.

A second version adding some glitters:

I hope you'll love this nails art.
