I was really surprised by designs and the unsual colour palette. The decals show some flowers patters and leaves, there are roses and red and pink flowers and some cute birds too.

The patterns are really elegant and perfectly painted.

The design print is perfect, printed in hight resolution, lines are very sharp and colour are vivid. I am a huge fan of water decals in general! They are super easy to use and you can spice up your nails instantly with intricate looking designs. They are also a great alternative to stamping when you want a professional look in a few minutes.

There are many other patterns you can pick and use.

The application is very easy.

The waterdecals are protected by a transparent sheet. You can select the size and the design you want, cut it with a scissor. Don't forget to remove the plastic sheet. Cut out the section of decals, and let it soak in room temperature water for about 15-30 seconds, slide the decals off the paper backing with tweezers and place on the nails with the white or nude base coat

The instructions suggest to place it on  the nail and dry with a tissue. The last step is to secure it with clear nail polish. In my case with a matte top coat.

Roses and daises nail art! Waterdecals from Born Pretty Store

Hello!
In today’s post I would like to show you a big set of water decals from the Born Pretty Store online store.

You will get  a sheet with 12 water decals pattern to use on your nails. It measure 24,5 cm x 15,8 cm, so it is very large and the price is only 1,29 usd at the moment. You can choose between two sets, I chose number 1 because I thought the colours were more suitable for spring/summer.

I really love each designs, some are more realistic, others more stylized, my favourite ones are in a watercolour style that I find very girly and delicate.

If you decide to give this product a try please don't forget to use my coupon code, it will give you another 10% off:    RASX31 on www.bornprettystore.com

I love water dacals because they are an easy and fast way to switch your nail look form normal to fancy. The big advantage of water decals is how thin they are. They lay flat on the nails and once you apply top coat everything is smooth. You can see from this closer look that they are completely seamless, with no wrinkles, bumps, or lines.

I decided to use first the ones with roses and daises. This pattern has beautiful pastels colours, and very nice details of petals and leaves.I used them on a white base because it is the best option for light decals.

It all for now!

Vintage Floral nail art

Hello!!!
Happy New Year!

Just before Christmas I received an e-mail from Born Pretty Store. I am part of the affiliate program and this company always has the best nail trend items at the best price.

Today I felt like experimenting with tools and techniques!

I really felt in love with this Flower pattern water decals .

You can use my coupon code at check out to get 10% off RASX31 on www.bornprettystore.com

http://www.bornprettystore.com/patternssheet-born-pretty-flower-pattern-nail-water-decals-transfer-sticker-bpy11-p-33947.html

As you can see from pictures it shows an intricate black and white floral pattern with beautiful blooms and bunches of retro florals. To tell the truth the design is in black and rest of the sticker is transparent, so you can use it on any background.

That's why a strange idea came to my mind. I could use the water decal and colour it with the reverse stamping technique.

After pluging it into water the design will separate from the paper. I placed it onto the soft head of a stamper and started colouring the flowers and the blooms with acrylic paint and a small brush.
I haven't tried with nail polishes but I guess that too much polish would melt the stickers and ruin the nail art.

So I let the acrylic paint dry. ( You realize that it's all dry because it will became matt).
Then you can use the decal as a sticker and place it onto the nail.
I secured it with a matt clear top coat.

For this nail art I used a greige purple base on all the nails and a burgundy and light peach for flowers, light green for leaves.

I really hope you like it!

Best wishes,

Laura

Cocktail nail art

Hi there?
How is your summer going? Mine has been hot and lazy.
I didn't feel like doing something too difficult and elaborated on my nails so I thounght it was the perfect occasion to try this sheet of water decals nail stickers.

Few days ago I have received a package from Born Pretty Store, I had a few collaborations with them in the past and I love their nail products because they are affordable and they offer a wide range of design and colours. They sent me these items for reviews and I really like them and I would purchase them myself.

You can use my coupon code at check out to get 10%

off RASX31 on www.bornprettystore.com

I chose the pattern number 2542, it is a tribal floral design very colourful and bright (there are some others beautiful pattern available).
I find this kind of supplies very useful when you are in a rush or you run out of ideas. As you can see from pictures you have enough decals for covering all your ten nails.

This kind of decals are meant to cover the entire nail so it's always better to use a base, a neutral colour or as in this case, a colour that can make the decal stand out.
In my opinion the best choice for this one is a white nail polish.

Then you can cut the decals in a shape that match your nails and remove the plastic top.

This step is very important because if you don't remove the plastic film you will have an unusable water decal.

Soak the piece of the pattern in water for few seconds and then remove the decal off the backing.

Place it on the nail, smooth the surface and be careful, you might create some air bubbles. It's a good tip to dab the eccess of water with a tissue (or you can blow dry).

Seal the design with a clear top coat.

You can cut the eccess of the decal with some scissors or remove it carefully with a small brush and some nail polish remover.

As you can see, not all my nails are covered with the pattern. I decided to cut some small circles with a hole puncher (the common one you use for documents) and I applied them over a layer of a coral red polish.

This colourful and bubbling effect reminded me of a cocktail so I decided to make a cool one and pose for some pictures.
Let me know if you like it or not!

Best wishes

Laura

Flower pattern nail art!

Hi guys!
it's time for a new nail art!
This one is really easy and quick because I used some water decals from Born Pretty Store.
The company kindly send me some items.

This flower pattern is gorgeous, the shades shift from burgundy, red and orange, it has a touch of green too. the background is sheer so you can pair it with a lot of other colours, I chose the white because I wanted to show the perfection of this design but you can wear it with a peach pink, light green, beige or a yellow too.

You can use my coupon code at check out to get 10% off RASX31 on www.bornprettystore.com

You will receive a sheet with two different prints ( I will use the other one for another nail art). You have enough decals for covering all your ten nails. These declas are too beautiful I didn't want to use them all for only one manis so I used the dacals for two accent nails.
These decals are very thin and you can stretch them a bit so that the design will follow tha natural curve of you nails.
If don't know how to apply them you can read this post.
On the rest of the nails I did a degradè using some matching shades.

I hope you'll like it!

Thanks for reading,

Laura
