Magnetic polish "the gravity" from Born Pretty Store and free gift surprise!

Hello!
Today I am going to show you this magnetic nail polish that I have recently received from Born Pretty Store.

Before I move on with the review I would like to let you know that Born Pretty Store  is celebrating their 8th anniversary October 10th-16th with tons of deals and sales and if you use my code RASX31 in the comment of your order during the celebration you get a free gift!

The nail polish I would like to show today is from the Chameleon 3D Magnetic Aurora Series and this shade is called "The gravity" id code # 42398

You can find it at this link:
https://www.bornprettystore.com/born-pretty-chameleon-magnetic-aurora-series-nail-polish-nail-black-base-needed-p-42398.html

It is a beautiful multichrome shade it contains pigments that shift from one colour to another depending on the lights, it can shift from blue to purple and dark green. It already stunning used alone but what makes it special is the fact that it is magnetic: a magnetic nail polish is a new trend in nail design that uses iron filings in the polish that respond to a magnet to form different shapes and effects on the surface of the nail.

To make it work you need a magnet, when you put the magnet near the polish the magnetic particles are attracted by it so they pull and tight along the magnet. The magnet can have different shapes, this means you can have differents designs on your nails. The most common are the eye cat and the line shape, but lately Born Pretty came out with some different magnets like the dual ended pen magnet.

On one end of the tool there is a flower shaped magnet.

On the other end there are 4 dots in a line.

The application is very fast and easy. These kind of polish need a base, a darker base works better with them.

Apply a base coat  and then a darker polish of your choice, I picked a dark burgundy colour.
Apply a thick  coat of "The Gravity". Use a larger amount of nail polish than you might normally to coat the surface of a nail before you use the magnet on it.

Hold the magnet over the nail for 10-15 seconds, without touching it to the surface of the nail.
You will see that the magnet creates a pattern in the polish color, due to the iron shavings in the polish moving in the presence of a magnetic field.

Here a brief video to show you how I did it:

The first item I would like to review is this amazing glitter rose gold polish. It's name is Old Love BP-EL06 id code is # 43162. It is part of the Endless Love collection, a selection of nude pinks and glittery top coat that can work together or alone. I am sure your will find the perfect nude for your skintone in this collection because they have yellow tones pink and neutral tones pink, even a great dusty/grey pink.

Born Pretty Store recently introduced a new packaging, a new cute bottle and a lot of new collection and nail polish shades. They’re affordable and they’re different.

Let’s have a closer look at to this particular shade:

This polish can be worn alone or over your favorite shade as a top coat.
It is made up bysome large, small and medium exagonal glitters suspended in a clear base.
The shade of the glitters is very beautiful is a metallic rose gold pink.
The formula is very good and it is easy to apply, I only had to dip my brush once to get a balaced mix of the three different sized glitters.

I think these kind of glitter polished are great for layering and to create a gradient glitter nail art.

A gradient nail art with a glitter polish is super easy and fast:
- Start with a base coat and a base colour. for this nail art I used a light delicate pink but I can see these glitters working well with any other shades, even the darker ones.

- I applied some glitters directly on the tip of the nail, then you can drag some of the glitters forward the center of the nail. You can also use a sponge for this step if you like.
And that's it!
